These are 3 pictures of the model before the windows were fitted and the texturing and rendering had not yet been done. The fact that the windows are not fitted and textured exposes the lack of inside components and details of the car for seats and interior.

These two pictures are of a rendered version of the car before texturing. This shows off the shading and the lighting.

Camera's eye view to show the final model and stage before doing the final render. This shows the lighting within the stage.

2012 Camaro ZL1

This is based on blueprints from CGMasters 'car modeling and texturing' by Christopher Plush. All the modeling, texturing and rendering is my own work that I did in my own time on my own computer.

Throughout this project I came across a few difficulties but I am very happy with the outcome. I struggled through the more detailed parts such as the wheels and the lights but it was great practice and it allowed my modelling skills to greatly improve. During the modeling of the Camero, I aspired to base it off reference photos, the final outcome replicated these photos very well to make it look as realistic as possible.
